Need a software license key?

Getting a software license is very easy, please follow the instructions below. The entire process should not take much longer than two minutes.

Step 1.

Select your software package.

How to obtain your machine ID

  1. Log into UniGuard (yes, even if it is expired)
  2. Click Help
  3. Click License
  4. The machine ID should be displayed in the window
  5. Highlight the machine ID and right-click it. Proceed by selecting Copy
  6. Return to this form, right-click on the Machine ID field and select Paste

How to obtain your UniGuard 11 Serial Number

  1. Log into UniGuard (yes, even if it is expired)
  2. Click Help
  3. Click Activate
  4. The serial number will be displayed on the very first field of the form
  5. Highlight the serial number and right-click it. Proceed by selecting Copy
  6. Return to this form, right-click on the serial number field and select Paste

How to obtain your Software Product

  1. Log into UniGuard (yes, even if it is expired)
  2. Click Help
  3. Click About
  4. Next to Product: - Please note the product type (Standard, Enhanced, Professional, LIVE)
  5. Note: The remote downloader package does not have it's own product, it also states 'Standard'

How to obtain your Software Build

  1. Log into UniGuard (yes, even if it is expired)
  2. Click Help
  3. Click About
  4. Next to Version: - Please note the build number
  5. Note: It is only important to note if your version is below 54. This is only because the licensing process is different. You may also get in touch with us for a build update.
