Password Reset Form
Reset your password:
1. Fill the Form
All we need is written authorization to reset your password.
Fill in the details on the form to the right. You will be prompted to accept after previweing the written authorization.
2. Check Email
You will receive password reset files to the email specified while filling the form.
The files attached should be:
- UG_PassReset.zip
- Password Reset Instructions.doc
The instructions will provide full steps on how to extract and reset your password. However, you may read on for full set of instructions also.
3. Extract Files
The zipped files should be:
- Profile.nx1
- Users.nx1
You will need to extract these files to the following directory:
C:\Program Files\UniGuard\PMS\Local
(Note: The above directory will only be true if UniGuard was installaed on its default path, otherwise, please find thecorresponding 'Local' directory within your own custom installation path.)
You will be prompted on whether you wish to overwrite the previously existing files under the same name. Choose to do so.
4. Login to UniGuard
Now simply log back into UniGuard and use either of the default login details, as follows:
Username: admin Password: admin
Username: operator Password: operator
(Note: Only administrator login will grant administrative rights over the UniGuard Software.)
5. Success!
