Any other attachements sent to that e-mail are stored into a separate folder for later inspection. Customizable reportsAll UniGuard 11 reports are fully cutomizable, including column type, sorting and subsorting of information. You can specify which columns you want in a report as well as their position. Your copmany logo can still be included at the top of each report, to give that extra professional finish to your client. Filtering is present on all reports. Issue TrackingIssue tracking is a new feature that gives specialised attention to areas such as dangerous goods. Issues are problems that arise during the management of customer sites. They can be entered into the system manually by operators or automatically by exceptions generated during scheduled reports. These issues can then be traced and tracked, adding details and actions until resolved. There are 2 views for issues. The Issue Listing which is a grouped list of the issues, and issue cards which is the same data, but each record is organized as a detailed card which is more suitable for printing. Issues can be globally filtered by selecting to display All Issues, Resolved Issues, or Unresolved Issues. Silent Remote SendThis feature will allow any version of UniGuard 11 automatically run and hide itself on system startup. It will then sit quietly in the background and monitor the downloader. Once it detects a wand, it will promptly process the wand and data and automatically and silently e-mail the information to your head office with absolutely no interruptions to the terminal user. |
