Did You Know? UniGuard recorders have shock sensing features

All the latest UniGuard recorders have shock sensing incorporated. They stand up to 100G of shock force, making them basically bulletproof. In the event of a shock being sensed by the recorder, it will recorder the time and date of the impact as well as its intensity, enabling you to keep a close eye on your equipment.

Stand-Alone Installation

UniGuard has a powerful set of databases built in to effectively create reports that can later be issued to clients.

It is important to keep in mind that these databases must first be properly set up in order to use them with out paperless automatic patrol logging system.

At Standard level, UniGuard has only two types of data which is enabled. More advanced makes of UniGuard (Enhanced +) have more databases to make use of. The two types of data to consider for UniGuard 11 Standard are:

A site is the physical place where the patrol route takes place. You can have several sites set up in one patrol tour, but every site must be composed of one or more checkpoints.
Checkpoints are electronic serial numbers, packaged in sealed, robust stainless steel housings. They are installed (no power or wiring required) at strategic positions on a site to maximize site coverage and security risk areas. A checkpoint is visited by touching the checkpoint tag onto a Recorder.
