Stand-Alone Installation

CUSTOMERS: This option provides a database for your customers where you are able to enter data about their organizations.
CONTACTS: This option provides a database for contacts. Contacts can be linked back to Customers and linked back to Sites. Each customer can have multiple contacts which belongs to that chain.
EMPLOYEES: Enables you to store employee information, as well as assign them serial numbers (from Encoded patrol Visit Points).
SHIFTS: Shifts links back to your Employee database information, enabling the Administrator to organize rosters which can later be tracked automatically by the reporting system. The Shifts interface links back to the Employees database.
REGIONS: Regions is another parenting system which links back to Sites and Checkpoints. A region can hold multiple Sites, which in turn can hold multiple Checkpoints.
SITES: As the name would imply, sites are the physical locations where the patrol routes take effect. To set up your sites simply click on the Sites button to open up the Sites Menu.
CHECKPOINTS: Checkpoints are marked points whithin the physical sites. These are stored in your database using Encoded Point Visit Tags. Each one of these points represents a place which must be visited during a patrol route. Simply touch your recorder's head against the Encoded Point Visit Tag, listen for the beep eminating from the recorder (or look for the blue flash) and that's it. The time and date of the visit are immediately stored inside the recorder. To set up your checkpoints click on Checkpointsto enter the Checkpoints Menu.
RECORDERS: Enables you to assign a new serial number to your recorders, as well as view additional information about them.
WALLETS: Wallets are a database which is capable of holding Incidents. Each Wallet is assigned to one 12-position Events Wallet which in turn holds 12 Incidents.
INCIDENTS: Incidents is a handy feature which allows paperless Incident Reporting making use of your Events Wallet. The incidents database is linked to the Wallets database.
PATROL TOURS: Patrol Tours are groups of checkpoints that need to be visited by employees. Any number of checkpoints can be part of the patrol tour, and these checkpoints may be from any site on any region.
VISIT ROSTERS: Visit Rosters are groups of checkpoints that are scheduled to be visited at specific times on specific days of the week. Any number of checkpoints can be part of the visit roster, and these checkpoints may be from any site on any region.
