How do I generate a Missed Visit/Incident Summary report?

To generate a Missed Checkpoint/Incident Summary Report, select Missed Checkpoint/Incident Summary as the Consolidation Type on the Consolidated Reports page.

Period
Select the start and end dates of the required period.

Shift
Check the All Shifts option to generate the report for all shifts (entire day), or select the required shift from the drop down list. Select the Custom option to enter a shift with a custom Start and End time. If the start time is after the end time, the shift is overnight.

Missed checkpoint visits for
Check the All Regions option to generate the report for all regions, or select the required region from the drop down list.

If a specific region is selected, Check the All Sites option to generate the report for all sites, or select the required site from the drop down list.

If all sites are selected, Check the All Customers option to generate the report for all customers, or select the required customer from the drop down list.

Incident summary for
Check the All Wallets option to generate the report for all wallets, or select the required wallet from the drop down list.

If a specific wallet is selected, Check the All Incidents option to generate the report for all incidents from the selected wallet, or select the required incident from the drop down list.

If all incidents are selected, Check the All Severities option to generate the report for all incident severities, or select the required severity from the drop down list.

To generate the report, click the Generate button.
