How do I generate a Patrol Tour missed visit report?

To generate a Missed Patrol Tour Report, select Patrol Tour as the Visit Type on the Generate page.

Period
Select the start and end dates of the required period.

Shift
Check the All Shifts option to generate the report for all shifts (entire day), or select the required shift from the drop down list. Select the Custom option to enter a shift with a custom Start and End time. If the start time is after the end time, the shift is overnight.

Missed patrol tour visits for
Select the patrol tour for which to perform the report, and the number of patrol tours required per shift. If the Check if additional tours were done option is selected, then the report will show all tours done, even if the minimum number required was satisfied.

To generate the report, click the Generate button.
