Reports - Report Generating

How do I generate an incident report?

To generate an Incident Activity Report, select Incident as the Activity Type on the Activity Reports page.

Period
Select the start and end dates of the required period.

Shift
Check the All Shifts option to generate the report for all shifts (entire day),or select the required shift from the drop down list. Select the Custom option to enter a shift with a custom Start and End time. If the start time is after the end time, the shift is overnight.

Recorders
Check the All Recorders option to generate the report for all recorders, or select the required recorder from the drop down list. If a specific recorder is selected, only visits from the selected recorder will appear in the report.

Incidents
Check the All Wallets option to generate the report for all wallets, or select the required wallet from the drop down list.

If all wallets are selected, Check the All Incidents option to generate the report for all incidents, or select the required incident from the drop down list.

To generate the report, click the Generate button.
