How do I generate a report for a specific Checkpoint type?

To generate a report for a specific Checkpoint Type, select the report type then uncheck the All Regions field select a pre-defined or default region then uncheck the box next to the All Sites field then select the relevant pre-defined Site Name or Number, then uncheck the box next to All Types and select the relevant Pre-defined Checkpoint Type then select the Generate button.
