Reports - Report Generating

How do I generate a Patrol Activity report?

To generate a Checkpoint Activity Report, select Checkpoint as the Activity Type on the Activity Reports page.

Period
Select the Start and End dates of the required period.

Shift
Check the All Shifts option to generate the report for all shifts (entire day), or select the required shift from the drop down list. Select the Custom option to enter a shift with a custom Start and End time. If the start time is after the end time, the shift is overnight.

Recorders
Check the All Recorders option to generate the report for all recorders, or select the required recorder from the drop down list. If a specific recorder is selected, only visits from the selected recorder will appear in the report.

Checkpoints
Check the All Regions option to generate the report for all regions, or select the required region from the drop down list.

If a specific region is selected, Check the All Sites option to generate the report for all sites, or select the required site from the drop down list.

If a specific site is selected, Check the All Checkpoints option to generate the report for all checkpoints, or select the required checkpoint from the drop down list.

If all checkpoints are selected,Check the All Types option to generate the report for all checkpoint types, or select the required type from the drop down list.

To generate the report, click the Generate button.
